6 And they wrought the onyx stones mounted in enclosures of gold, engraved with the engravings of a seal, according to the names of the sons of Israel.
And thou shalt take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel:
onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.
It is not set in the balance with gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx, and the sapphire.
thou wast in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was thy covering: the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the chrysolite, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the carbuncle, and the emerald, and gold. The workmanship of thy tambours and of thy pipes was in thee: in the day that thou wast created were they prepared.
