11 Therefore I will not refrain H2820 my mouth; H6310 I will speak H1696 in the anguish H6862 of my spirit; H7307 I will complain H7878 in the bitterness H4751 of my soul. H5315
I have preached H1319 righteousness H6664 in the great H7227 congregation: H6951 lo, I have not refrained H3607 my lips, H8193 O LORD, H3068 thou knowest. H3045
What shall I say? H1696 he hath both spoken H559 unto me, and himself hath done H6213 it: I shall go softly H1718 all my years H8141 in the bitterness H4751 of my soul. H5315
For G1063 out of G1537 much G4183 affliction G2347 and G2532 anguish G4928 of heart G2588 I wrote G1125 unto you G5213 with G1223 many G4183 tears; G1144 not G3756 that G2443 ye should be grieved, G3076 but G235 that G2443 ye might know G1097 the love G26 which G3739 I have G2192 more abundantly G4056 unto G1519 you. G5209
And G2532 being G1096 in G1722 an agony G74 he prayed G4336 more earnestly: G1617 and G1161 his G846 sweat G2402 was G1096 as it were G5616 great drops G2361 of blood G129 falling down G2597 to G1909 the ground. G1093
And G2532 he took with him G3880 Peter G4074 and G2532 the two G1417 sons G5207 of Zebedee, G2199 and began G756 to be sorrowful G3076 and G2532 very heavy. G85 Then G5119 saith he G3004 unto them, G846 My G3450 soul G5590 is G2076 exceeding sorrowful, G4036 even unto G2193 death: G2288 tarry ye G3306 here, G5602 and G2532 watch G1127 with G3326 me. G1700
And they said H559 one H376 to another, H251 We are verily H61 guilty H818 concerning our brother, H251 in that H834 we saw H7200 the anguish H6869 of his soul, H5315 when he besought H2603 us, and we would not hear; H8085 therefore is this distress H6869 come H935 upon us.
Though I speak, H1696 my grief H3511 is not asswaged: H2820 and though I forbear, H2308 what am I eased? H1980
Do ye imagine H2803 to reprove H3198 words, H4405 and the speeches H561 of one that is desperate, H2976 which are as wind? H7307
And when she came H935 to the man H376 of God H430 to the hill, H2022 she caught H2388 him by the feet: H7272 but Gehazi H1522 came near H5066 to thrust her away. H1920 And the man H376 of God H430 said, H559 Let her alone; H7503 for her soul H5315 is vexed H4843 within her: and the LORD H3068 hath hid H5956 it from me, and hath not told H5046 me. Then she said, H559 Did I desire H7592 a son H1121 of my lord? H113 did I not say, H559 Do not deceive H7952 me?

Commentary on Job 7 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 7
Job, in this chapter, goes on to express the bitter sense he had of his calamities and to justify himself in his desire of death.
Job 7:1-6
Job is here excusing what he could not justify, even his inordinate desire of death. Why should he not wish for the termination of life, which would be the termination of his miseries? To enforce this reason he argues,
Job 7:7-16
Job, observing perhaps that his friends, though they would not interrupt him in his discourse, yet began to grow weary, and not to heed much what he said, here turns to God, and speaks to him. If men will not hear us, God will; if men cannot help us, he can; for his arm is not shortened, neither is his ear heavy. Yet we must not go to school to Job here to learn how to speak to God; for, it must be confessed, there is a great mixture of passion and corruption in what he here says. But, if God be not extreme to mark what his people say amiss, let us also make the best of it. Job is here begging of God either to ease him or to end him. He here represents himself to God,
Job 7:17-21
Job here reasons with God,
