10 If thou faint H7503 in the day H3117 of adversity, H6869 thy strength H3581 is small. H6862
But now it is come H935 upon thee, and thou faintest; H3811 it toucheth H5060 thee, and thou art troubled. H926
Hast thou not known? H3045 hast thou not heard, H8085 that the everlasting H5769 God, H430 the LORD, H3068 the Creator H1254 of the ends H7098 of the earth, H776 fainteth H3286 not, neither is weary? H3021 there is no searching H2714 of his understanding. H8394 He giveth H5414 power H3581 to the faint; H3287 and to them that have no might H202 he increaseth H7235 strength. H6109 Even the youths H5288 shall faint H3286 and be weary, H3021 and the young men H970 shall utterly H3782 fall: H3782 But they that wait H6960 upon the LORD H3068 shall renew H2498 their strength; H3581 they shall mount up H5927 with wings H83 as eagles; H5404 they shall run, H7323 and not be weary; H3021 and they shall walk, H3212 and not faint. H3286
And David H1732 said H559 in his heart, H3820 I shall now perish H5595 one H259 day H3117 by the hand H3027 of Saul: H7586 there is nothing better H2896 for me than that H3588 I should speedily H4422 escape H4422 into the land H776 of the Philistines; H6430 and Saul H7586 shall despair H2976 of me, to seek H1245 me any more in any coast H1366 of Israel: H3478 so shall I escape H4422 out of his hand. H3027
And lest your heart H3824 faint, H7401 and ye fear H3372 for the rumour H8052 that shall be heard H8085 in the land; H776 a rumour H8052 shall both come H935 one year, H8141 and after H310 that in another year H8141 shall come a rumour, H8052 and violence H2555 in the land, H776 ruler H4910 against ruler. H4910
For G1063 consider G357 him that endured G5278 such G5108 contradiction G485 of G5259 sinners G268 against G1519 himself, G846 lest G3363 ye be wearied G2577 and faint G1590 in your G5216 minds. G5590 Ye have G478 not yet G3768 resisted G478 unto G3360 blood, G129 striving G464 against G4314 sin. G266 And G2532 ye have forgotten G1585 the exhortation G3874 which G3748 speaketh G1256 unto you G5213 as G5613 unto children, G5207 My G3450 son, G5207 despise G3643 not G3361 thou G3643 the chastening G3809 of the Lord, G2962 nor G3366 faint G1590 when thou art rebuked G1651 of G5259 him: G846
And G2532 hast borne, G941 and G2532 hast G2192 patience, G5281 and G2532 for G1223 my G3450 name's sake G1223 G3686 hast laboured, G2872 and G2532 hast G2577 not G3756 fainted. G2577
I know G1492 thy G4675 works, G2041 and G2532 where G4226 thou dwellest, G2730 even where G3699 Satan's G4567 seat G2362 is: and G2532 thou holdest fast G2902 my G3450 name, G3686 and G2532 hast G720 not G3756 denied G720 my G3450 faith, G4102 even G2532 in G1722 those days G2250 wherein G1722 G3739 Antipas G493 was my G3450 faithful G4103 martyr, G3144 who G3739 was slain G615 among G3844 you, G5213 where G3699 Satan G4567 dwelleth. Pro 24:3-6
We are tempted to envy those that grow rich, and raise their estates and families, by such unjust courses as our consciences will by no means suffer us to use. But, to set aside that temptation, Solomon here shows that a man, with prudent management, may raise his estate and family by lawful and honest means, with a good conscience, and a good name, and the blessing of God upon his industry; and, if the other be raised a little sooner, yet these will last a great deal longer.

We are here quickened to the study of wisdom by the consideration both of the pleasure and the profit of it.
Pro 24:15-16
This is spoken, not so much by way of counsel to wicked men (they will not receive instruction, ch. 23:9), but rather in defiance of them, for the encouragement of good people that are threatened by them. See here,

Pro 24:23-26
Here are lessons for wise men, that is, judges and princes. As subjects must do their duty, and be obedient to magistrates, so magistrates must do their duty in administering justice to their subjects, both in pleas of the crown and causes between party and party. These are lessons for them.
Pro 24:27
This is a rule of prudence in the management of household affairs; for all good men should be good husbands, and manage with discretion, which would prevent a great deal of sin, and trouble, and disgrace to their profession.
Pro 24:28-29
We are here forbidden to be in any thing injurious to our neighbour, particularly in and by the forms of law, either,
