1 Praise Yah! Praise the name of Yahweh! Praise him, you servants of Yahweh,
> Look! Praise Yahweh, all you servants of Yahweh, Who stand by night in Yahweh's house!
Then the Levites, Jeshua, and Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, [and] Pethahiah, said, Stand up and bless Yahweh your God from everlasting to everlasting; and blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise.
Praise Yah! Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, Who delights greatly in his commandments.
Let them praise Yahweh for his loving kindness, For his wonderful works to the children of men!
That men may declare the name of Yahweh in Zion, And his praise in Jerusalem;
Sing to Yahweh a new song! Sing to Yahweh, all the earth. Sing to Yahweh! Bless his name! Proclaim his salvation from day to day! Declare his glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples. For great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods.
Yahweh descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of Yahweh. Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed, "Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth, keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin; and that will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the children's children, on the third and on the fourth generation."
Rejoice in Yahweh, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright. Give thanks to Yahweh with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
Praise Yahweh! Sing to Yahweh a new song, His praise in the assembly of the saints. Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!
Let them praise the name of Yahweh, For his name alone is exalted. His glory is above the earth and the heavens.
Praise Yah! I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart, In the council of the upright, and in the congregation.
